Yr 9 & Yr 10 have been working with the Southbank Centre on the ‘REFRAME’ Project visiting the Southbank Centre as well as having in house workshops at school.

The starting point of the project was based on Tavares Strachan's exhibition at the Hayward Gallery and the aim of the project was to make a Zine based on a special person to the students. Arji (poet) and Maryam (Illustrator) led the project guiding the students through various ways of using poetry, drawing and computer work.

The project finale was a performance of their poetry and exhibition of their artwork and zine along with other schools.  The students have thoroughly enjoyed the project and loved working on the Apple iPad’s creating some fabulous work.  Here are some photos of the finale.
