Our school recently hosted a Financial Literacy Drop Down Day, a unique event where our teachers integrated money topics into every subject. From Geography to Religious Education, students explored ideas about money, budgeting, and saving in ways that connected with their everyday studies. This approach helps make learning more practical and shows students how different subjects relate to real-life skills.

One highlight of the day was the interactive financial literacy escape room designed for Years 7 to 10. Miss Odusanya, our Head of Ethos and Miss Campbell, our PSHE Lead, guided one whole year group at a time through fun, challenging activities that taught important financial skills. Events like this create a positive learning environment for our students and provide our teachers with new ways to share their expertise. We are excited to continue creating meaningful and enjoyable learning experiences for all members of our school community.
